InfraStudio Agents

Terms of service

The agreement between your organization and us for using InfraStudio Agents.

Draft, not in force. These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Text in square brackets is still to be filled in. They apply only once this notice is gone.

1. Who we are

InfraStudio Agents is provided by [company name], [registered address], registered under [registration number], VAT ID [VAT number] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@infrastudio.io.

2. The service

InfraStudio Agents runs AI agents on your software projects: it reads the repositories and analytics you connect, writes reports, plans and pull requests, reviews and fixes them, and records what it does. "You" means the organization that creates the workspace, and the person accepting these terms confirms they may bind it.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You keep your sign-in details secret and are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what members you invite do.
  • You give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes.

4. Your AI provider and other connected services

  • Agents use your own account with an AI provider (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS or Microsoft). Your agreement with that provider governs its service, its charges for tokens and what it does with the data agents send it.
  • The same applies to the Git hosts, issue trackers, analytics and messaging services you connect. You confirm you may connect them and let agents use them as configured.

5. Plans, payment and changes

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in euros, through our payment provider. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
  • Each plan has limits on projects, runs per month and runs at a time, shown on the pricing page. When a limit is reached, new runs wait; we don't charge for extra use automatically.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Upgrades apply at once and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations apply from the next billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing period.

6. Your content and the agents' output

  • You keep all rights in your code, data and other content. You give us the right to process it only to provide the service to you.
  • What agents produce for you (reports, plans, code, reviews) is yours, as far as we hold any rights in it.
  • We don't use your content to train AI models.

7. Agents can be wrong

Agents produce suggestions and changes using AI models, which can make mistakes. You decide what is approved and merged, and you are responsible for reviewing changes and testing them before they reach production. The platform's safeguards (approvals, review, blocked paths, size limits) reduce risk but don't remove it.

8. Acceptable use

You won't use the service to break the law or anyone's rights; to attack, probe or overload any system; to mine cryptocurrency or run work unrelated to your projects in the sandboxes; to get around plan limits or security controls; or to build a competing service by copying ours.

9. Data protection

For personal data in your content, you are the controller and we are your processor; the privacy policy and our data processing agreement [link] describe how we handle it. For your account data and early access requests, we are the controller.

10. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service except under a written Enterprise agreement with an SLA. We may change features as long as the service keeps its main purpose; we'll tell you in advance about changes that take away something you use.

11. Suspension and ending

  • You can close your workspace at any time. We delete its content within [30] days, except what the law requires us to keep.
  • We may suspend access that breaks section 8 or puts the service or others at risk, and end the agreement for a serious breach that isn't fixed within 14 days of our notice.

12. Liability

[To be written with a lawyer: warranty disclaimer, a cap on liability (for example the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim), and exclusions for indirect loss, with the exceptions the law requires.]

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll e-mail workspace owners at least 30 days before a material change takes effect; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

14. Law and courts

[Governing law and competent courts, to be set with a lawyer.]
