Sub-processors
The companies that process personal data for us when we provide InfraStudio Agents.
Draft, not in force. This list has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Text in square brackets is still to be filled in.
| Sub-processor | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL | Hosting, the database, agent sandboxes, encryption keys, file storage, e-mail (SES) | United States (Virginia), under the standard contractual clauses |
| Stripe Payments Europe Ltd | Subscriptions, payments and invoices (the workspace's billing contact only) | EU; USA under the standard contractual clauses |
| [Support or error-tracking tools, if any] |
Services you connect
GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Slack, Telegram, Google Analytics, PostHog, Sentry and Microsoft Clarity are reached only when your workspace connects them, with your accounts and under your agreements with them. The same goes for your AI provider: agents call it with your own key. They act as your processors or as independent controllers, not as our sub-processors.
Changes
We tell each workspace's owner by e-mail [30] days before we add or replace a sub-processor, as the data processing agreement says.
